Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges & $29 restocking fee.
Worn/altered merchandise cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order via USPS Priority mail or Express Mail. Customer will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery.

International Shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order via USPS Express International or Priority Mail International. Customer will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery.
Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
How should I choose the best size for me?
We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at JINAKI. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about a specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find your perfect size.
